Fresh Movement

On Thursday last week we had Fresh Movement come and perform in our school hall. We had so much watching them perform. They are very good. They are currently fundraising to go to America so they can compete in a competition.

Skyping with Sylvie

Our friend Sylvie is currently living in Malaysia with her family while her parents work over there. We were lucky enough to be able to Skype her this afternoon and find out how she is doing and what Malaysia is like. We spoke to her at 2pm our time and it was only 10am there, she still had the rest of her day ahead while we were about to finish school.

Science in a Van

Today we had Science in a Van come to school and do some science experiments. Emily and Alan were really interesting and they taught us a lot about mixtures, especially bubble mixtures. They created some really big bubbles!

Science In A Van

On Monday we have Science In A Van stopping in and visiting us. They will be performing some science experiments for the year 3/4 and year 5/6 teams at school. Here is a link to their blog to get you all ready and excited for Monday.

Science in the Class

We have been busy today thinking and acting like scientists. We observed, predicted, noticed, reflected and explored using water and kool fruits and the results were amazing. Here are some of the photos from our scientific learning.
